O too, as well e either > final das frases.

Either > orações negativas

Too e as well > afirmativas e interrogativas

Also > meio da frase, antes do verbo principal, ou após algum verbo auxiliar.

Exemplos:

- I like sea fruits. But I like meat too (as well) (eu gosto de frutos do mar. Mas gosto de carne também)

- I don't like sea fruits and meat either. (eu não gosto de frutos do mar e carne também)

- I don't have only cd's of rock, but also jazz (eu não tenho somente cd's de rock, mas também de jazz)

Qual a diferença entre ALSO, TOO e AS WELL?

Also

Após o verbo to be ou um verbo auxiliar ou modal.

• I’m cold, and I‘m also hungry and tired. (Tô com frio e também tô com fome e cansado.)
• We can also help them. (A gente também pode ajudar eles.)
• I have also been talking to her about that. (Eu também tenho conversado com ela sobre isso.)
• They should also do something to avoid this situation. (Ela também deveriam fazer algo para evitar esta situação.)

Porém existem situações em que o also é colocado antes do verbo. 

• She also writes books. (Ela também escreve livros.)
• They also have a big house near here. (Eles também têm uma casa grande perto daqui.)
• I also talked to her about that last night. (Eu também falei com ela sobre isso ontem à noite.)
